Why Do
I Need A Home Inspection? |
BUYERS
- The purchase of a home is probably one of the
largest investments you will ever make. Therefore
it is important to find out as much about the
house you are going to buy as possible. Becoming
educated about the purchase of your home will
help you to determine the condition of the property
and any major repairs it may require, now or in
the future.
SELLERS
- A home inspection will help you and your real
estate agent determine the best sale price for
your home. In addition, it can be a valuable sales
tool, offering potential buyers qualified information
about the home and itıs condition, avoiding untimely
delays.

What
is a Home Inspection? |
A
home inspection involves a licensed professional
who will make a visual examination of the property,
based on the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)
Standard of Practice. The inspector will check
and analyze the various components in and on the
property that are visible and accessible at the
time of the inspection.
All
inspections done by Integrity Real Estate Inspections
are performed by a licensed professional with
over 35 years of experience in residential and
commercial inspection and construction.

Why
Should I Accompany the Inspector? |
While
it is not necessary for you to be present at the
time of the inspection, Integrity Real Estate
Inspections strongly recommends that you accompany
the inspector. It's a good time for you to review
the property and become more familiar with it's
major mechanical systems. Your inspector can help
you to obtain important information about the
house and answer many of your questions, and you'll
find that the written report will be easier to
understand if you have toured the property with
the inspector.

What
Properties Should Be Inspected? |
We
recommend that all properties be inspected before
purchase. There are many systems in a building
that need to operate properly, and problems can
be found in both new construction as well as existing
structures.
